Pineapple is the worst insurance

Yoh! Pineapple is the worst insurer. No emergency numbers when you make a claim they tell you that they'll call back and never actually do. My car has been stuck at marabastad from yesterday, I called them requesting a tow truck I'm still waiting even now,i had to call an alternative tow truck which was paid from my pocket, I also asked for a courtesy car, I'm still waiting for a call back, when you call and asked to be transferred to the relevant department they'll tell you that they can't do that but that department will call back. You will wait until your vehicle is vandalised DO NOT INSURE YOUR CAR WITH PINEAPPLE!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WHEN YOU ACTUALLY NEED HELP THEY ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. PINEAPPLE IS THE BIGGEST **** AND BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER DID IN MY LIFE. I REQUESTED TO CANCEL, AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK 🤦♀️ STAY AWAY FROM PINEAPPLE
