Pineapple is horrible

The run around that pineapple is giving me is very much annoying. I got ****** at gunpoint on Wednesday last week and they took my phone. I went to open a case so that I can claim for the phone. I submit all the documents that they wanted 1. Proof of ownership 2. case number 3. ITC 4. IMEI number 5. The slip. Today I get a call from them saying that they want me to send them the CCTV footage of the incident (I don’t know when I started being a detective). I told them they can ask the detective who is handling the case or they can come to the estate and ask for it as the police did. After that they wanted the contact details of the people that took me to the police station which I don’t know what are they going to do with my family members details. When they were taking their money from my account for they past 3 year the was no hustle now that they have to pay I have to go through mountains and storms.

I WOULD REALLY RECOMMEND FOR NO ONE TO USE PINEAPPLE INSURANCE.

PLEASE DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM UNLESS YOU LOOOOOVEEEEEEE WAISTING YOUR TIME.
