Pineapple is a *******.!

Worst decision of my life. On the sales call I agreed to an excess of R6200 and now that we're claiming they want to charge us R18000. They never mentioned the additional excesses. It took them more then 48 hours to send us the sales call. They never sent me the policy schedule and the additional excesses are not in the T's & C's on the app. They ******* us in to signing documents to proceed with the claim and ignored all our emails and calls disputing the R18000 excess. I initially moved to pineapple for a lower premium and excess which was obviously a mistake.
