Pineapple insure is a *****

I had pineapple insurance on my phone when I had to do the claim they took me back and forth for around a month eventually after lots of communications they finally paid off then they didn’t stop debiting me and when inquire about it they said they will pay it back. 4 months later and I’m yet to receive my 2 months debits and there’s no phone number to contact them. They’ve resorted to not answering my emails and the chats on the app. Very poor service and they ******* their customers
