Pineapple Insurance worst service, MY CAR CLAIMS LEFT UNATTENDED

I have logged 2 claims on the unfortunate events of my car mirror on a hit & run and a claim of scratched front bumper on a traffic during loadshedding. Someone by the name Ursula called me after 48 hours and informed me she is calling about one claim, and the other will be attended by someone after this call and the person will call me, I however never received such a call. Today is 8 days since I logged my call and no one ever assisted me with my claims. I have sent the required documents to Ursula immediately after the call. I have followed up with her 24 hours after the call and she did not reply to my email. I am now left unattended for so long by an insurance that promised to deliver quality service when I signed up with them to insure my car. This is quite appalling, for a company that is working with IWYZE & Old Mutual, this is unexpected. I sent an email to their complaints department, 5 days after having logged these claims and still not assisted, they also have not bothered to take action.
