Pineapple Insurance worse ever!

The worse Insurance ever....my daughter has been caught so badly by this company. Please do not use them you cannot reach them and it took 6 weeks before the care was taken in for repairs. The replacement vehicle is not what was agreed upon. Then the car damages come to R60 000. Now they only pay up to R30 000. This was never mentioned. All they care about is 5 star rating. If you rate them badly then they call you......Just pay extra for a better insurance...Pineapple needs to be investigated by #Carter Blanche. In actual fact I am going to try and contact them.
