Pineapple insurance was very timeous with my claim. I was assissted by Tsholofelo Molefe who had professional conduct throughout my claim process and was beyond excellent. She showed remarkable responsiveness with a personal touch, she had empathy for my situation and showed her commitment to providing an excellent service in the way she handled my claim promptly. Even though at times she could not get hold of me telephonically but she did not give up. She kept me up to date with the claim process and put me at ease. She was also very efficient and prompt in all our dealings. The cherry on top was having a telephonic conversation with her whereby she showed interest in my line of work and that to me showed she cared. My claim was approved very quickly and I was given options as to how I would like my payout.
