Pineapple Insurance sucks!!!
One of worst decisions I ever made! Got into an accident in 15 June 2024 . Claim rejected in August 2024. Got letter on 4 September 2024 and dated 4 September saying my cover was canceled 15 June 2024 (i.e same day of accident) but I'm still being debited. No other communication! Now I can't find any cover for my car cos I'm apparently a delinquent.

21 Sept 2024, 10:09Thanks for the response. I can live with a rejected claim but I can't live with a tarnished name and a car without insurance.
I did not even mention that my car was taken from the towing company's yard to Auction Nation without even a call, let alone an sms. I was shocked when my tracking device showed that my car was elsewhere! When I enquired with my consultant, he told me with a cool attitude that they take all cars there. When asking about communication he said I didn't need to be notified! Classic!
