Pineapple insurance stay away

For the last 9 days my app does not work. I have contacted pineapple over 12 times to rectify the problem and nothing has happened. I have sent screenshot of the problem i have spoken to them ,they just don't get back or don't care. How can I have insurance if the app is not working. All the other apps on my phone are working fine, pineapples app does not open. Now I have to look for new insurance because pineapple does not give a dam. Shame on them
