The level of service that I received from Pineapple was nothing short of excellent. I recently had to claim for a ****** item insured with these guys, and the process was spectacular.

There were a few delays from my side with the the SAPS, but Pineapple were more than patient with me and would follow up with me on the regular to ensure that they finalise my claim. Once I was able to get all the documents and info they needed, it took them less than 24 hours to validate and approve my claim, also to arrange for the payment of my replacement item.
