Pineapple Insurance process

I got an Insurance policy with Pineapple while sitting on my couch at home. When I lost my phone, I submitted a claim online using my desktop and It was assigned for assessment a day after. I was given a list of documents to submit and given clear well-written instructions. My insurance claim was finalized a few days after. Special mention to Bianca from Pineapple who ensured that everything was seamless and gave frequent updates about the status of the claim process. The entire process took 5 working days and could have been much sooner if I submitted all the required documents sooner. Id definitely recommend!!
