Pineapple Insurance: Possible ****

I think Pineapple is a big ****.

In my previous review I reported how they have been avoiding to refund part of my premiums as a result of Dual Cover. That was about 2-3 months ago. To date, they have not even rep**** to my inquiries except to say, we are looking into it.

Of late they have asked me to get some document from the other insurer so that they can proceed with my refund. I did that but they then went back saying, "we are looking into your matter".

Unbelievable levels of ********* and unprofessional conduct.
