Pineapple 🍍 insurance poor service in claims

Pineapple 🍍 insurance company not reachable on phone. In fact there is no phone number. No one is updating me regarding claim and I don't know what to do anymore. They use whatsapp and email addresses only and each time it's an escalation. Hope they attend to my claim by today. When I bought their insurance it was all good.

I have since received a call from Fikile and she handled my claim process and assured me that I would be updated on my claim.
