Awesome, hassle free insurance provider. Easy to use app and self service. Also the helpful and friendly staff respond to your questions effortlessly and with positive feedback that doesn't give you the run around. Thanks to Mr. Pacific Nkosi from Pineapple Insurance who answered my questions and reassured me when I was making a technical enquiry. He was quick in forwarding my query to the relevant people and gave me feedback within a few mins. Excellent customer service! Perfect people skills too!
