Pineapple insurance not attending to customer enquiries.

Pineapple does not allow us customers to call them with our query’s and that time they don’t even respond to the chats on their app. Pineapple has been debiting my account on the wrong dates after countless attempts to fix this with them. This is horribly affecting my finances because I get largely penalized every time a debit order bounces. They do not care about customers and their well being.
