Pineapple insurance, not again.

I had 2 policies with them, found much much cheaper and switched, 2 months later I got listed as a non payer on the credit bureau. Fast forward 5 months, I get debited on a policy which was stopped, 2weeks later and plenty of calls later and still no refund. I just hope they don't treat all their ex clients like this.
