Pineapple Insurance nightmare

Clamming from Pineapple is a nightmare.

I've NEVER WORKED WITH A MORE UNPROFFESIONAL COMPANY IN MY LIFE

I insured a phone which does not use a sim (I did disclose this before insuring) After two years of paying my insurance faithfully, my phone unfortunately got ******.

Putting in the claim with police reference number I was expecting a good process... this was far from the truth.

Waiting long and constant for updates and replies I was send a mail that if i did not give necessary documentation by certain date the claim would be voided. Working Dubble shift for 3 weeks I was reading this arrogant mail. When should i do this? I paid Pineapple.. why should I do their work. All the documents was supp**** but not the original police report

After taking off from work 3 types, i got the police report. I was informed I needed a ITC number. As explained numerous times to the agent. YOU CANT GET AN ITC WITHOUT A SIM IN THE PHONE... they just voided my claim

I asked for a manager number as this is unacceptable.. Waiting 2 weeks. no answer. I asked AGAIN what is happen. The only reply... they will call me..

After another 2 weeks i send a message to the CO-Creator that keep spamming me to also insure my car. Within a few days a reply came from another agent.

After explaining my claim I was ignored AGAIN. No reply. No follow up. No phone call.

Following up again a new agent send me a message. Explaining the same thing.... same thing happened. I got ignored AGAIN.

Within my first conversation I told the lady. If this is the case cancel all my contracts immediately .... that did not happen as they love just taking your money.
