Pineapple insurance just a big **** and wast of your money stay away.

Horrible insurance company stay away, I initially unsure my cellphone paying 800 a month when my phone got ****** I logged a Claim, I did really have much access with communication as this company doesn’t have a line to contact them on, only via email, I had to use family members phones to access my mails but couldn’t always enter my mail as I don’t have a phone and could only enter my mails on borrowed time fast forward I didn’t have access to my mail for a couple of days and then I saw my claim was rejected, I then sent a mail requesting back my funds I paid over the last months cause as per law any insurance that rejects the claim you can request your funds back and to date I haven’t gotten my money back! Stay away from this company
