Pineapple insurance, IWYZE, Old Mutual insurance what a bitter taste

Pineapple/iWYZE/Old Mutual insurance, what a damn disgrace, been insured with them for more then 3 years and paying my premiums diligently. When you need to claim you cannot get hold of them via the app, they instruct you to use. Worst of all I was paying a premium of R155 per month for a value of R11 399 for my cellphone, after a 15 months they increased the premium to R174 and I am thinking okay I didn't claim, maybe the value is also increased, No such, just my premium is increased for the same value of R11 399 if lost, ****** and accidental damage. So fast forward 18 months later I have a incident and they tell me they will replace my device for R8500 and guess what I have to pay a excess of R1480. Now I have many questions, they tell me about the phones value deteriorating and I thinking, why was my premiums increased 18 months ago if they know the value of the phones are deteriorating, their own words not mine. If u add the value of the phone R8500 and the excess of R1480 which is R9980, you still far off the R11 399 I am covered for by my premium, this is not fair nor is it just. To think I recommended my friends and family members to this insurance, pineapple, iWYZE and Old Mutual insurance you guys are **** artists.
