Pineapple Insurance is very cheap hence their service sucks. My phone was damaged by a power surge in September and Pineapple took days before they picked up my phone from my home, they took it to Device Doctor and in the meanwhile, there was no communication, no feedback, from Pineapple or Device Doctor, I kept asking on the Pineapple app but a consultant rudely responded and I said hey, don't you dare speak to me like that. Device Doctor returned my phone, after nearly a month, it was not fixed and the screen was damaged. I'm just stressed out. I'm cancelling that insurance policy. Never again will I insure with Pineapple Insurance
