Pineapple Insurance is useless go elsewhere

This is very frustrate to have an item insured and for it to be ****** only to be told your claim is rejected because where the item was ****** the is no physical entry/damage. When you already explained all this in the beginning and then they drag the whole process for weeks asking you for documents knowing very well they were going to reject the claim. The claim person Brenda requested me to go up and down looking for documents and pictures when I had already explained the car central locking was jammed and the item was ******. Very useless to have your items insured with Pineapple and to think I recommended it to friends and co-works. On top of that am told if the item was lost the claim might have been approved, as I choose for the item to be ******.
