Pineapple insurance is the worst

Pineapple insurance is the worst. They try their best to pay the bare minimum regarding a claim. I had an excess of R6200, but due to additional excesses, it went up to R24 800. I made peace with these as the additional excesses are stated in my contract. Upon the approval of my claim, I was told that I need to pay an additional R7 500 as a penalty for not indicating previous losses to the insurer. I do not understand what informs the amount R7 500. Now I have to pay an excess of approximately R32 000. In conclusion, I have experienced daylight ******* with pineapple insurance. The only good thing about them is their friendly consultants. Thabang Wilson deserves a 5 star for his commitment to help me to get through this matter. However, most issues were beyond his control.
