Pineapple Insurance is naw a ****!

I have been trying to process a claim, oh *** what a terrible experience. 3 months later, my claim has been relatively ignored and still remains not processed by both pineapple and their underwriter iwyze insurance.

They have no number you can call to speak to a real agent. Ive been with these people for well over 5 years and I don't know at what stage their customer service started going down the drain. At this point they are a ****.
