Pineapple insurance is in it for money

Absolute idiots to deal with who lack simple admin skills. Wanted insurance for a new car so Pineapple issued policy doc to dealership. Doc had wrong owner and policy holder so bank wanted it corrected. We used the app but they since issued 3 new policies. We wrote to cancell the original one. Pineapple agreed that it's cancelled. They however took out the R1200 odd thousand on the first policy. I now dread that they will deduct on the other policies on the respective due date. Cheap is never right nor fair.
