Pineapple insurance is a ****, I have had car insurance with them for almost two years, and in April 2022 I claimed for a mere windscreen replacement they rejected my claim saying I didn't comply to reasonable request, after a submitted the claim the they never called me, they only sent an email to request that submit an inspection certificate which I conveniently missed because the sender was not from pineapple. this insurer will try every dirty trick just to not pay your claim, but they are very good at collecting their premiums miss a payment they will hunt you down via sms, email and Whatsapp, but when it come to communicating important information about a claim they will discreetly email with unknown email address. yes they are cheap insurance but you will definitely pay later, really think twice when signing up with them.
