Pineapple insurance is a total ****

I have since logged a claim and my claim has since been "pending". When you call them on the number they provided, no one ever picks up. Emails don't get attended to.

After all this frustration, one consultant told me 75% of the staff is on sick leave and that I needed to be very patient. But when they take my money on a monthly basis, debits run on time.

All I can say is Pineapple insurance is a bunch of ********, they play smart and all professional but log a claim and you will see the real "Pineapple". Don't say I didn't warn you fellows.
