Pineapple insurance is a NO GO ZONE - BEWARE!
On the 27 of March 2024I sent Pineapple insurance an email not to deduct any funds from my account as I am currently still with another insurance and would contact them in May 2024
I followed up on the first week of April 2024 to ask them when they would refund my money. They said it would take 14 Banking days .
Today is the 2nd of May and they are still asking me to send a message to their whatsapp group explaining which email I used to request for my refund yet I have the entire message trail where they said they would refund my money in 14 Banking days.
They are a complete **** because you cant even call them. You either chat on google or whatsapp.
This is a warning NEVER take their calls as they are trying to offer you cheap insurance yet I have seen in other reviews that they are as pathetic with processing claims.
