My boyfriend had insured two phones with pineapple S8 and an IPhone 8. Last year we claimed the S8 and everything went smoothly. This year we claimed the IPhone 8 and everything changed. They recently changed his premium and they made him pay more than what he was paying. Now when he claims they want to choose for him what the payment should be. They’re giving him half of what he should get and apparently he doesn’t have a say. They are being ebile and they are eating our money.
