Pineapple Insurance is a ****
Recently joined the pineapple insurance company.. Now I'm struggling to get my vehicle back from their panel eater.. They refused to play open cards with the diagnostic of my vehicle and all documents related to fixing ithowever I must pay a crazy excess amount of R14k.. Their agents keep coming with stories.. I just want to fix my car myself Pineapple is worst

06 Jan 2026, 07:19Escalate the matter to whom exactly because we've been speaking to two of your managers that promised to expedite the matter already and let us get our vehicle.. Every time there is a new agent the previous one is not available requiring us to start the process over and over again.. I don't need your investigation please just bring back my car today as one of the other managers said.
