PINEAPPLE INSURANCE HIDDEN ACCESS!!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Pineapple Insurance.
When I took out my policy, we agreed on an excess of R6,200. I later discovered that the excess had increased to R18,600, which was never clearly disclosed to me or agreed upon.
I actually had better options with other insurance companies, but I chose Pineapple Insurance because I believed it was trustworthy. They weren’t even offering better premiums, so this experience makes the situation even more disappointing.
This lack of transparency is misleading and unfair. After reading other customer reviews, it appears this is not an isolated issue. An excess jumping from R6,200 to R18,600 without clear communication seriously undermines trust. I guess I will have to explore other insurance companies.

Because you're just gonna come back and say I agreed to it, even a mentally ill person cannot agree to a R18600,00 access while other companies are offering way better.
