Pineapple Insurance Harassment

I mistakenly filled out their online form thinking it was for another insurance company. I hadn't even completed half of the details when I had recieved a call and email from them. Since then, I have recieved close to 40 calls beginning early in the morning and late into the evening. I have added their numbers to a harassment filter on my phone and yet I recieve atleast 4 calls from them daily. I've emailed and requested they stop calling and yet they keep calling. It's absolutely insane at this point.
