I had an accident on April 2025. It was a struggle at first because my claim was with Nakedi. He never provided feedback; he was always not available when I call for feedback. The first month of my claim submission was the worst.

However, after I lodged a complaint, my claim was given to Koketso and Mihlali who did an excellent job, and my claim was finalised in less than 1 week. I really do appreciate all their efforts sleepless nights to make my claim a success. Everything was made clear to me, no hiccups, always providing feedback, calls to check up on how best to resolve matters. Their professionalism and willingness to assist is worth more than 5* and a token of appreciation. Pineapple is my insurance company of choice and would recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable insurance company.
