Pineapple insurance *****!!

Iv been with Pineapple insurance for 2 months and everything that could go wrong did. The deducted the wrong premium (different premiums) its I'm possible to get to speak to someone.. Their whatsup number and app is so un-user friendly..... my last query has been referred to management for 2 weeks now and nothing happens. I message one of the co founders on his Facebook page...Marnus van Heerden, and quess what nothing.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
