Pineapple Insurance fail

I took Pineapple Insurance to the Ombudsman due to repairs that were unfinished for over 6 months. I ended up paying for the repair myself due to the frustration.

After investigating, the Ombud found in my favor and issued a ruling for me to be reimbursed. Its been 5 weeks now without even any correspondence from Pineapple.

I've sent 2 emails, both have been ignored. This is how they treat their loyal customers. Try somewhere else guys for car insurance.
