Pineapple insurance does not give bac driveless refund and there are weaknesses in their system to track this even with human intervention

I am frustrated with pineapple insurance and the chasing you have to do when it comes to your driveless refund. Firstly if you do not ask for your refund or query it, YOU WILL NOT GET IT. Their system doesn’t automatically update whoever is in charge to prompt for e refund. Over and above that even after you have done the chase they will send you copy and pasted daily messages “to keep you at ease” that your refund has not appeared on the payout. I don’t care about that. I don’t think any customer cares about their refund not appearing on the payout sheet. Why not send that message to the person/people that are meant to mae it appear on the payout sheet😭 why send it to me as if I work at Pineapple. All I want is my money not daily copied and pasted messages non-value adding messages
