Pineapple insurance do not consider

Do not consider , bad communication and you are not prioritised as client. I asked for the refund as they deducted premium before agreed date. As from 25th till 27th they sent auto reply of high call volumes just after the 3rd of March was contacted I adked for refund they confirmed 3-7 days then when Im saying Im cancelling even the insurance they redirected me to retention department which called after 3 days to cancel and received auto reply that the refund will take 7-10 days. Worst insurance to deal with.
