Pineapple Insurance Customer service

I lodged a claim a month ago everytime I enquire from the app I just get automated responses NOBODY is on the other side to assist. They don't have a number that you can call. I called old mutual and after holding for 40 mins the rep couldn't even assist. This has been happening ever since the claim no assistance. I regret taking this insurance I'm fed up and canceling it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
