Pineapple insurance

Hi... I recently joined pineapple insurance and insured my new Samsung galaxy smartphone.... Unfortunately it fell and got damaged... I filed a claim on the app. I was contacted within a few days for them to collect my device... It was assessed within 2days and a report was given to me that it will be replaced within 24-72hrs.... A pineapple service agent contacted me with regards to the access and my new smartphone phone is on its way... All within a week.... Thanks pineapple for the great service and quick response
