Pineapple Insurance aka the worst insurance company (privately)

LITERALLY THE WORST PRIVATE INSURANCE OUT THERE.

They are so bad with communication and putting the customer first. They do not consider you as a customer and your loyalty you've had towards the company. Old Mutual runs everything regarding pineapple and it is the worst. I have been fighting for over 2 months to get my claim settled but no feedback has been communicated, the way they communicate is BAD, Also you are at a loss when taking insurance from them. They refuse to pay out the cash and they will offer you cash vouchers instead which limits you as the consumer.

DO NOT GO WITH PINEAPLLE INSURANCE!
