Pineapple Insurance a ****

Pineapple Insurance is the biggest ****!! Agreed to a certain amount for premiums but they debited a larger amount almost doubling the agreed amount, inquired about it on their online chat and their whatsapp. Their WhatsApp didn't even bother replying back as they did when trying to get me to sign up and on their online chat an Andani was wishy-washy as to how it happened and kept on having to ask to get detail. It's literally at the start of this relationship and I'm fed up and regretting it because clearly I involved myself with unprofessional and ***** insurance that misrepresented itself. I expect that when you say you have resolved my matter to have resolved timely and not caused an inconvenience to me as your first time customer clear. I now have to release myself from this horrible insurance causing more inconvenience as I've wasted my time with them and you'd think since it's underwritten by Old mutual that it would be a good company but not the case.
