Pineapple insurance

Good day So pineapple I had a legit claim with them however they repesiated my claim one I don't know why as asked me for document and pictures witch I could not give them as I contracted covid and was traveling. I had requested them to change my back details which no one got back to me on the request. So I have seen a lawyer as I am sick of insurers just taking the **** when they really don't listen or understand there clients life's. As I assumed that you cannot rely on them I've had to purchase now a new phone cash and so it doesn't help the premiums you pay if you have a second claim they most likely repesiated your claim. I have a friend who is with pineapple with the same issue so I'm taking them to court they may think I'm stuffing around so I'm calling on all people with similar situations will you write me an email and join forces with me to actually have them start treating the clients not just as a number. I will cover legal cost I just need your voice or presncats or sign a petition for the judge.
