Pineapple insurance
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Pineapple Insurance.
I requested a policy schedule for my existing cover, and it has now been almost 24 hours with no response. I initially reached out via WhatsApp, but no one has bothered to reply. I was later in contact with a consultant named Wandile, who promised to send me the document, but I am still waiting.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially when customers rely on timely assistance for important insurance matters. My request and conversations are sent to them via Email now, yet I am still being ignored.
I expected better from a company that promotes itself as modern and responsive. Please urgently resolve this issue and provide my policy schedule without further delay.
