1. The insurer has;

1.1. Attempted to rely on an alleged prescribed and disputed debt. 1.2. Failed to provide proof of an alleged judgment. 1.3. Attempting to raise allegations of “policy breach” without documentary substantiation. 1.4. Insist that there is an outstanding amount owed to a Vehicle finance institution without producing evidence of that debt. 1.5. Insist that there is a default judgment listing or judgment order against my name without documentary evidence of such default judgment, specifically containing date of judgment, name of judge and name of court or division of the court that granted such judgment of issued default judgment. 1.6. Insist that TransUnion is the responsible Credit bureau maintaining the listing it relies on but refuse to provide a full detailed credit report containing credit profile history and bearing Transunion name as the credible or registered bureau responsible for the data processing.
