On Monday the 2022-08-29 I claim was logged it took 4 Days. I struggled to get assistance, I finally got assistance on the 2022-08-01 = NO REPLY ,NO UPDATE ,NO TRACKING SYSTEM after 3 different chats on your platform No reply on the 2022-09-04 I got assistance from a nice lady (only to be told the lady dealing with my claim " THE CLAIMS HANDLER is on LEAVE"

the documents were only submitted by the new Claims handler on the 2022-09-06 afternoon (she advised it can take 4-5 working days) THIS LED ME TO READ GOOGLE REVIEWS & HELLO PETER REVIEWS "Unbelievable"

Today is the 2022-09-08 NO UPDATE on MONDAY 2022-09-12 it will be a full 15 days Of no POSITIVE news that I have yet to receive ( 360 HOURS ) later ) FOR 1 PHONE CLAIM

PINEAPPLE can I EXPECT GOOD NEWS ?

Today is 2022-09-12 (MONDAY) I still have no feedback after selecting the "I want to follow up on a claim" its been 15 Days I can understand if this takes 7 days But 2 weeks is excessive
