On the same day that I submitted my claim, I received a response from the Team acknowledging successful receipt thereof, and giving me assurance that they will immediately work on the claim and stay in contact. True to their word, I received a step by step guide as to the process I needed to follow. Communication was seamless and synchronized via the Pineapple App and email portal, as well as via sms. Philadelphia sent detailed emails as to what I needed to provide and which documents to submit in order finalize the claim. There were a few matters that needed attention on my part, and took longer than expected. But it was Philadelphia and the Team that sent emails reminding me that they were eagerly ready to help and awaited my response. I explained the situation to them, and they were truly understanding and patient. After submitting all the documentation and information required, the claim was approved and settled timeously. The Team sent a message of confirmation and gratitude for cooperation. The whole process was smooth, open and hassle-free.
