PINEAPPLE INSURANCE = ****!!!
My mom had a windscreen crack, and it is covered by the insurance but we have been sending whatsapp messages and emails ans it has been falling on deaf ears, what's sad is that we pay them every month, even their consultants keep lying to us and saying they'll send someone from windscreen replacement company but nothing so far.
My calls have never been responded to, my emails and Hello Peter complaints have been ignored.
Pineapple insurance is a ****! ****! **** ! ****!
