Pineapple 🍍 insurance

I was insured with Pineapple insurance for my renault triber As the time goes on l was interested on doing business as my part time job ... then l asked them if they do cover for Ehailing Uber ... they're responds was only if you dont do it full time you will be covered... i do have the conversation with them about this.... 14 December was involved in a car accident and l told them about it then they refused to pay or to handle my situation they told me they dont cover hailing l sent the screen shorts where l was chatting with 1 of their consultants... l even printed my payslip from day l bought the car until currently to show them that l wasn't working l showed them the email from uber that they have accepted my application to work on their platform wich it also state that they accepted me on the DECEMBER and l got accident on the 14th of December.... l have tried to get help from ombus man but they're still doing they're investigation

Please help how can l handle the situation?
