Pineapple ignores all claim related communication
Dealing with pineapple has been nothing but a nightmare thus far and if I could I'd give them 0 stars. I accidentally drove over a pothole over 2 weeks ago but pineapple has failed to go beyond validating the claim and they have also failed to respond to any of my follow up messages since I submitted the claim. Would you please approve my claim and fix my vehicle by the end of this week because I have provided all the information you requested from me.
