Pineapple hidden additional excess fees
Received a sales call 14/06/25, sales advisor did not disclose hidden/additional excess fees which Oldmutual highlighted for me when attempting to retain me. No direct number. Had to call claims and WhatsApp still no assistance or call back. I want to cancel this insurance due to none disclosure of additional excess fees.
