Pineapple has frustrated me so much this December as they never communicated about the increment of my premium the I have communicated that I will be able to pay 992 but they went on to deduct the money that was not on paper and the money that I did not agree to I had to dispute payment because this was just not fair I sent numerous emails asking them to deduct what we agreed on but they didn’t instead the still requesting payment that was not agreed on it’s so ridiculous as it don’t know if I’m still covered or not should anything happen to me now I don’t know what will happen
